About the Role: The Lab Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products through systematic laboratory testing. This position involves routine and non-routine quality checks, data analysis, documentation, and equipment maintenance to support operational and food safety standards. Key Role Objectives: Perform routine and non-routine quality control testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products. Analyse data, interpret results, and accurately document findings. Maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration, cleaning, and routine maintenance . Record detailed reports of all testing activities, results, and related documentation. Adhere to all safety protocols, hygiene practices, and operational procedures within the laboratory environment. Support in microbiological, chemical, and physical testing as per company standards. Ensure proper sample collection, testing, and reporting timelines to production and QA teams.
